Project HMO conversion in Frenchay
This was a 3 month project and turnaround. It involved knocking two houses into one and converting it into a nine bedroom high standard HMO. This was a big project involving the following: multiple knock throughs, a complete rewire, nine en-suite bathrooms to add, stud walls to put up, plumbing, plastering, kitchen fitting, floor laying, the full package. As principle contractor we managed the project from start to finish and made sure the finished project was up to the required HMO regulations and to the standard out client was after. Here are finished photos ready for letting.
Kitchen renovation in Fishponds
Our customer wanted a more sociable, spacious and modern home to enjoy. Below are some before and after photos of how we achieved this.
We removed the dividing wall between the kitchen and back reception room to create a nice open plan, and moved the back door and replacing it with French doors to lead out onto the garden. We then fitted the Howdens kitchen, worktops, laminate flooring, skirting and arranged all electrics and plumbing.
We are really pleased with the end result, and more importantly so is our customer.
